Delawarean.com Review for Money Movement Plays

Been throwing orders athttps://www.delawareinc.com (Harvard Biz Services) for layering builds and shelf reactivations. Quick on paper, dogsh*t if you actually plan to move any heat. Grabbed two DE corps (mid-aged) to slot into a trade-based ML setup — needed to anchor import/export fake lanes for flow cycling. Formation time was quick, like 24 hours if you jammed the order in early, but after that it’s smoke and mirrors. Their “Registered Agent for life” $50 gimmick sounds nice, until you realize they upsell mail forwarding and fake compliance renewal trash like your grandma’s AOL spam.

Broader issue tho is they play bait-and-switch with Certificate of Good Standing when you need it for secondary banking . First cert free? Nah. It’s $124 a pop. Apostille add-on? Another $100+. If you need 3-4 corps layered under a Cayman SPV play, that shit adds up fast. Don’t get me started on their “virtual office” — literally a P.O. box on Coastal Highway you can’t even map without it screaming “fake office” to anyone doing level-1 compliance checks . If you need warm bodies, nominees, or chain layering post-CTA, skip HBS unless you’re moving pure static shells. And Delaware’s already catching way more fed attention post-2024 BOI rollout (reference: BOI Reporting Rule).

Bottom line: they’ll get you formed, cheap and fast. But you’re on your own once you need something real. Not built for live ops.

lmao yup same thing happened. used HBS for a burner corp to plug into a Payoneer account. lasted 40 days then froze. fake virtual office + no substantiation = auto ban.

Payoneer freezing Delaware corps faster than Coinbase freezes no-KYC wallets 😂 sad but true.

that $50 “fixed RA fee” bait got me too. sounded clean till they dropped $200 forwarding spam on my corp inbox.

yo sidebar, did anyone try running a cold DE corp from HBS for merchant acq? Shopify, Stripe, any luck?

I got one live on Payoneer Global but had to add aged EIN and a fake lease from a Delaware CPA. wouldn’t recommend for noobs.

respect. dirty EIN stacking is the only way out now anyway. Delaware straight watched post-BOI law.
