So, guys I am f*cked and now you all have to help me. I recently came to know that my company’s corporate secretary certificate was forged. Now I have sorted out the situation, but I need your help. Please tell me how to detect the forged certificates in these situations before functioning it.

If you’ve discovered a forged corporate secretary certificate, take this very seriously. Steps to take:

1️⃣ Confirm the Forgery – Compare it with legitimate corporate records and check with your company secretary. If it was notarized, verify with the notary.
2️⃣ Secure Internal Records – Prevent any further unauthorized changes to company documents.
3️⃣ Notify the Board & Legal Team – Immediately inform corporate officers, directors, and legal counsel.
4️⃣ Report to Authorities (If Necessary) – If this was used fraudulently (e.g., forging signatures to gain control, misrepresenting the company), report it to local corporate regulators, banks, or law enforcement.
5️⃣ Issue a Corrected Certificate – If a third party received the forged document, send a formal Statement of Non-Validity along with a proper, verified replacement.

If this was an internal mistake, it might be fixable. If it was intentional fraud, get a lawyer ASAP.

Important question: Who forged it, and why? If it’s an internal actor (like an exec or employee), that’s a corporate governance issue. If it was an external party (e.g., scammer), you might have legal recourse.

This is litterally a criminal forum lol ofc im trying to actually get away with doing it, im laundering money
LMAO figured, people go on this forum for like greyhat issues some are like legit looking for info for whitehat finance while others are just fking around doing other stuff witt laundering money its a mix of guys tbh

If the forged certificate was used for financial transactions or legal filings, you could be looking at serious fraud charges. Don’t sit on this—document everything and act fast. I know your trying to do this for laundering money but this usually gets sniffed out fast asf.

If this was used to open a bank account, authorize contracts, or change company control, report it immediately. Banks will freeze accounts over forged documents.

Yep, and if this was offshore, you could be looking at money laundering red flags. Some jurisdictions will straight-up blacklist your company over stuff like this.
