I am looking for a way to obtain a Certificate of Incumbency where there is no involvement of a corporate secretary. My company does not want the corporate secretary to issue the certificate of incumbency, I just want to know if there is any alternate way to issue the certificate. Though I came through a website companyservicesuk.co.uk who does this work but I want to know more about this.
Anyone know how to get a Certificate of Incumbency without a corporate secretary? Any other options?
