setting up a service layer for B2B fake-outs and cross-jurisdiction drop funnels. clients offshore, pay-ins cross-border. wanna stay low-key, tax light, and bank-friendly. LLC or LLP? which one’s gonna keep wires smooth and eyes off me?

LLC hands down

LLP = partnerships, shared control, more compliance triggers

LLC = solo op, flexible tax flow, and banks don’t ask dumb Qs if your name ain’t on the paperwork

if you’re doing int’l payments, LLC gives you more stealth
single-member? IRS don’t ask
set up as pass-through, base it in WY, slap on a nominee manager, you’re banking in peace
LLP has structure baggage + more filing = more exposure

LLP is the IRS whispering “audit me”
LLC lets you layer up
mine’s a WY LLC owned by a BVI corp with nominee control and a Seychelles payout funnel
Stripe thinks I run a business podcast lol

real issue w/ LLPs is payments bounce if one partner shows up flagged or inactive

LLC is tight. even if you’re moving crypto-to-fiat, it’s way easier to disguise intent

plus you can spin up new ones like socks if a bank goes weird

also seen payment processors ghost LLPs mid-KYC
meanwhile I run three shell LLCs and haven’t uploaded a real document since 2022

LLC lets you use a layered nominee flow w/ less attention
you invoice a fake marketing agency in Cyprus, money comes back through WY, filed as “contract work”
LLP? now you gotta explain who did what and why Chad hasn’t signed the f*cking form

LLC also plays nice w/ digital payment platforms
Payoneer, Wise, even some high-risk crypto ones
LLP makes them think you’re either a law firm or a scammy partnership — either way, you’re waiting 6 weeks for a rejection email
