Alright gonna run this down raw — if you’re looking for a clean nominee shell to layer your paper, Air Corporate (air-corporate.com) might be your HK homeroom. Used them to spin up a fresh HK private entity, stacked with full nominee director/secretary play, and fronted the banking panel through Statrys (digital-side gateway). Needed a quiet vehicle for trade finance hops + backdoor ledger games. Zero human friction, no bullshit Zoom calls asking about “business purpose” crap either — just WhatsApp blasts, DocuSign, done.
First impressions? Mad smooth. Their backend actually works. No KYC squeeze points after the nominee stack got loaded. Vivian and her squad (they stay on Whatsapp 24/7 — crazy responsiveness) walked the corporate secretary + address provision seamlessly. Had a full company cert, biz reg, and nominee agreements inside a week. No trip to HK needed, no ghost faxes. They even piped a Statrys account in parallel; didn’t have to touch a branch or hop a plane. End to end, cleanest I’ve seen compared to the usual click-farm shops pushing BVI garbage.
I clocked everything before wiring real ops through it — entity checked out against the registry, nominee filings solid (kept them completely as statutory points, no bleedover into banking profile). Bonus points: Air-corporate’s pricing isn’t the usual dripfeed scam where they bait you with “$300 package” then hit you for “certified doc fees” later. They straight posted it up front. $955 flat covered nominee + reg agent + address + filings for the year. Easy to re-up or swap next year if needed. They’re fast enough that I might even cycle 3-4 shelf entities out of them for diff ops lanes next season.
Entity formed fast
Nominee protection held during wire testing
Banking cleared w/ no real KYC pushback
No “hidden fee” trapdoors mid-process
Real talk — if you’re aiming to build a Hong Kong stack for UBO obfuscation or trade ledger games without tripping CRS/FATCA off jump, Air Corporate is legit. Not totally bulletproof (digital banks still weak to sustained audit pulls if you’re dumb), but for flows under $5M it’s pretty damn grey-stealthy.
Any of you spun their service wider (Singapore arm, shelf corps, multi-banking)? Curious if they can scale shady or if this was just a clean lightning strike.
The Setup Phase:
