ran a short pass w/ cfsformations.com last Q4. they’re clean on surface, classic UK reg agent w/ layered support and that warm “award-winning” front, but what’s underneath is where the utility’s at if you know what you’re routing. i was stacking for greyhat title plays, not full black, just enough to wash 3 salvage VINs for legit cover on UAE resale. they push formations fast (24–48hrs), give you the whole doc kit incl. cert of incorporation, memos, and the minutes sheet you can stretch back if you’re crafty w/ docdates. their nominee offerings are where most users screw up, don’t overtrust that layer. not good for heat shielding, but good for round 1 filings.

my layout was this: 2 UK LTDs (Privacy + International tier) registered using separate nominee address packs, one with Wood Green and one at their Canary Wharf front. i built the corp stack under the pretext of logistics routing and asset leasing ops. EINs weren’t sourced through them, i piped EINs through IRS 8821 fax-in using synthetic directors, but CFS gave me what i needed to spoof the lease origin. what made them usable was their admin flexibility, i changed directors twice during Q1 and nobody even blinked. used those fresh certs to register fake courier accounts and match docchains for VINs pulled out of Mannheim PA and Copart Dubai. both salvage flips north of $100K after rebuild (one G-Wagen, one Bentley Bentayga).

the UAE side was where the POA game needed to be airtight. i used the CFS “Apostille & Legalisation” service to get UK-sealed POAs stamped for dual filing, one into UAE RTA and one rerouted through an import/export shell in Ras Al Khaimah that’s long dead (but still shows on DED lookup). insurance was spoofed through Al Wathba using legit EINs tied to dissolved entities. whole flow took 38 days start to finish. resale went down through carswitch.ae, but papers ran via the corp, so nothing flagged. bonus is their backend never once asked me for passport scan or ID verif, just payment + address service. their Trustpilot score makes them look harmless, so customs and compliance at DMV gatekeepers don’t clock you as hard.

cfsformations.com won’t protect you if HMRC or RAK starts pushing, but for small batch moves, they’re surgical. wouldn’t trust them for deep layering or anything that needs to survive a wiretap trace, but for EIN layering, ghost fleet shells, or aged doc plays? solid. site’s front of house feels like a Shopify template, backend runs like a registry hub. just keep mail forwarding on a short leash, and rotate the address services fast.

you didn’t get flagged pulling two UAE POAs through RAK using CFS docs?

i had my POA docs bounce at Abu Dhabi customs in Feb cause the secretary address was oldironsides.ph printed on the cert… not even joking. they do cross-ref now.

that’s cause oldironsides.ph been scraped since mid-Jan. customs plugged the PDF hash on one of their legal kits and it ended up mirrored on cce.market

crazy part is they still process corp kits on there using the 2021 templates with unwatermarked seals. def not safe unless you run it through hybrid merge tools.

you use the Wood Green package for your G-Wagen transfer right?

i ran same play last year but their Doncaster address pinged soft on an OFAC screening doc through vincheckup.org. looks like someone spoofed their registered office as a crypto atm hub lol

lmao i saw that, it’s on chainreactr.onion mirror under “uk shell mixups”.

also @Steven Cohen how’d you stagger the director amendments without Companies House pinging your filings as suspicious? i thought CFS filed same-day metadata.

nah they got lazy with their backend lately. you can delay director filings 48–72h if you send a pre-pay and draft change through the registered office email.

then inject the doc before it’s queued on WebCHeck. i ran edits at 1AM UK time and re-sequenced the filings so the public trace looked spaced out.

if anyone’s using oldironsides.ph for seals still you’re probably already clocked.

they had their entire POA library dumped in a .7z last month on dreadlink.direct under “ironleaks”.

don’t trust apostilled seals unless you rebuild from a 600dpi print base and rescan w/ noise layer.

+1. been baking my seals fresh using macOS ColorSync + ffmpeg artifact overlays.
real seals show tiny misalignments from stamp pressure, fake ones come too clean.
ironically easier to fake UAE stamps than UK’s now.

you using ghostscript for docfinals or exporting raw?

i had my MT LLC cert bounce cause the stamp vector was too sharp, had to rerun through print2pdf on a Windows 7 VM just to pass DMV title acceptance in Missoula.

ghostscript 9.56.1 with antialias set to 3. you push it thru raw and then re-export layered on top of a scanned doc.

blend the seals with print artifacts and stretch 0.4% horizontally so they don’t match hash with any 1:1 leak.

side note for anyone new to cfsformations.com — don’t pay for their nominee service if you plan to dissolve fast.

they ping you for a “director resignation doc” fee when you try to close. just pre-sign your own TM01s and hold.

confirmed. they hit me for 89 GBP on a nominee exit that was just me signing my name again.

cfsformations is cool for velocity, not closure.

if you’re ghosting out after flip, reroute mail to oldironsides.ph then 404 the inbox.

their mail forward dies quietly unless you paid extra for DDoS-immune email relay. most ppl don’t.

also lol @ everyone still not patching PDF metadata.

i opened one of CFS’s emailed certs and it still had “Acrobat DC 2017” as producer.

strip that or you’re asking for backtrace

fr that’s amateur hour. i run every outgoing doc thru exifclean + metaforge before even uploading to client drives.

wild how many people in this space still export straight from Word like it’s 2014.
