picked up mike alamillo’s “automation vault” when it hit my feed. promised full backend systems with ai-integrated flowcharts. what i got was a Notion doc and a bunch of Zapier chains labeled “business in a box.”

no stack depth, no webhook logic, no dynamic routing. just trigger-send-repeat stuff i could’ve gotten off YouTube.

yeah bro he sells to people who think adding “GPT” to a Zap makes it advanced. half the automations just post Google Forms into Slack and call it a CRM.

he’s targeting new solopreneurs who wanna feel like they have infrastructure but don’t understand ops. i saw one template called “AI Onboarding Funnel” and it was just Typeform → Airtable → MailerLite.

i got the upsell too — $297 for “Agency Backend Pack.” it was literally renamed automations from a public Zapier repo. he just threw in a Loom video whispering “scale this with intention.

💀 i remember that one. he said “this system replaces 3 VAs.” but it was literally an auto-forwarder from Calendly to Google Calendar.

someone in the group asked how to connect multiple inputs across teams and he said “try ChatGPT plugins.” like bro you didn’t even set up a webhook handler.

his whole aesthetic is mid-level consultant energy. big flowcharts, zero architecture. i watched his AI funnel vid — it was a static email responder with a smiley face.

and then they use phrases like “client ascension flows” to justify why the automation breaks when you move from lead to sale.

i asked in their support chat about multi-path logic and the response was “this course is about keeping it simple.” no loopbacks, no forks, no API fallback. just forms and feelings.
