I just started my company in Ireland but after opening my company here I was aware of the CRO website https://cro.ie/registration/company/ …though I read every important detail mentioned in the website…still I am having doubts. Will CRO be strict towards the new business activities of the new companies?

bro CRO don’t give a damn what you’re doing as long as your filings don’t look like crackhead spreadsheets and you ain’t ghosting deadlines

they ain’t the feds… yet

lol ok but like…what if I said I’m selling “digital services” and end up running 3 fake online casinos?

as long as you don’t say “fake online casinos” in your filings you’re good 💀

just file “consulting” and launder through Stripe or crypto

the CRO’s not strict, Revenue is

CRO just wants the forms, Revenue wants the souls

you can file you’re a pet food distributor and run a shell import business for phones, they don’t check unless something stinks

so if I swap my biz activity from “tech dev” to “media licensing” halfway through the year is that cool?

bro you could register as “eco research firm” and be flipping NFTs disguised as carbon credits, CRO won’t blink

just don’t use keywords like “crypto” or “blockchain” or the algo flags you for extra cuddles from Revenue

carbon credit NFTs sounds evil af, write that down ✍️

can confirm: said I was running “educational platform”

was reselling cracked SaaS logins for 9 months

CRO sent me 1 email about a missing signature 😂

real Q is when does the fun stop

answer: when you file late and they hit you with €100 daily fines lmao

not me forgetting to file and pretending I “never got the letter” while my office is a post box 💀

TLDR: lie with confidence, file on time, don’t type “drug marketplace” in any description box and you’re invisible

god bless Ireland 🇮🇪
