LLP’s made for suits who trust each other. you trust no one — you’re building with nominee swaps and fake org charts. LLC = perfect shield + flex filing.

get that single-member setup, wrap it with offshore trust, and you’re basically a whisper.

figured. wasn’t tryna have my name tied to some “co-partnership” clause if sh*t hits the fan.

clean. just make sure that foundation’s got a pro director and not some broke paralegal with a Gmail.

funner fact: i used an LLP once for a digital licensing shell

partner turned snitch, got both of us grilled.
