bought brook hiddink’s ecom systems program after seeing the Twitter threads on automation and “ops from zero.” all talk about scale, no actual depth. half the modules are him screen-recording dashboards without showing ad cost or supplier terms.

he talks about brand systems but doesn’t explain sourcing chains or logistics integration. just a lot of “set up Slack, hire a VA” and hope the ROAS holds.

dude i joined for the backend ops and his onboarding video literally says “we’re not here to talk product, just process.” okay but without COGS and SKU rotation, what exactly are we scaling?

💯 his “repeatable system” assumes you already have product-market fit. it’s all team comms and dashboard fluff. no media buying, no supply chain structure, nothing about returns or chargeback suppression.

he targets those bootstrapped store owners doing $10K/mo who want to feel like CEOs. gives them a ClickUp board and a Notion SOP and says “you now have a company.” no finance stack, no vendor scorecard, no freight logic.

when i asked in the group if he had an SOP for supplier audits, a mod said “just check in weekly.” this man is flying blind with VAs and vibes.

i reverse searched one of the screenshots he posted of a “7-figure store.” turns out it was just a Branded Dropshipping demo store. nothing he teaches is audited or verified.

his biggest value prop is “clarity through delegation” but he gives you nothing to delegate. just tells you to build a systems culture and then outsources decision-making.
