ran this setup Jan through March 2025. used cfsformations.com to spool three corp entities out of NM, DE, and FL. all under privacy tier. no doc requests, just crypto pay, and the cert of formation plus op agreement hits inbox in like 6 hours. EINs filed using fax mod SS4 forms from cfsformations.com oldironsides.ph. if you use the v5 template, IRS doesn’t bounce it unless you typo the fax header. I staggered director names and used dissolved trucking LLCs as the controlling entities on the NM and FL filings

DE shell held the real play. sourced a salvage 23 Range Rover Velar off Copart Tampa, retitled it in TX using a layered POA package built with scanlab.net’s notary overlays and a modded Form 2848. TX DMV accepted the transfer under my DE corp name with a clean EIN cert. the POA had real seal stamps pulled from archived probate records I found on veriftools.net, buried in the govdocs clone section. lien release filed via eTitle Express, matched dates on all signatures, and shipped from a Carson City mail drop tied to cfsformation’s default address service.veriftools.net

second flip was a 21 GLE63 outta IAA Atlanta. same EIN spoof method, but used veriftools.net’s Form 1120 generator to prep a fake 2023 return showing active transport leasing. routed that through AZ DMV with a notarized resale doc built off the old Turo partner forms. grabbed an editable from scanlab.net again. worked fine. VIN came back clean on azdot.gov and passed final resale to a buyer in Tempe.

cfsformations.com a good shell factory for 90 day window ops. don’t reuse EINs or formation addresses across states or you’ll get flagged in DMV cross checks. also don’t touch their nominee service. I traced one of their secretaries to an offshore registered agent on sanctions watch in late 2024. just rotate names with SSNs pulled from internal extract packs. whole stack cost me under $1.2K and cleared resale over $30K margin

you run the EINs from oldironsides fax line or did you spoof the IRS return fax

last time i used their SS4 v4 template the IRS kicked it back, watermark too clean. had to reprint on inkjet then scan at 300dpi to make it pass

also, did TX DMV accept a scanned POA I thought they flipped on remote notarizations this year

nah TX still accepts scanned POAs if you mail hardcopy within 10 days. i did one last month

but yeah the IRS return fax issue is real. the veriftools v3 PDF gets flagged by their signature validator now unless you embed with the same structure as the 2022 master form

@Steven Cohen did you do physical fax or eFax

ran physical fax from an Epson thermal model at a mail drop. pulled phone line from burner SIM routed through VoIP shield

IRS reply came back within 2 biz days. watermark passed because I layered dust grain texture from scanlab’s notarized court exhibits. matches scan patterns in old Lexmark scans from 19

yo anyone got a live fix for AZ resale verifications

i tried re titling a 2020 Cayenne from NM shell to AZ buyer and they flagged my POA because the notary sig was too perfect. forgot to use the degraded signature overlay

was using scanlab.net’s old auto notary pack, maybe too clean now

use the degraded overlay set v2, the one with pixel stretch in bottom right corner

if you match that with a 10 percent gray stamp from veriftools court release kit it still passes physical review at AZDOT

don’t submit online, walk it in with physical envelope and a TYVEK return slip

facts. also AZ doesn’t verify notary IDs against national database unless it’s out of state

if you spoof a notary from Tucson just match name plus commission date and you’re good

been using oldironsides.ph for the commission pulls, they mirror old notary license lists now

yo just chiming in, if you’re doing cfsformations EINs across multiple states, make sure you rotate formation addresses

i got clipped in GA last month because i reused a FL corp address and it flagged on cross reg DMV title chain

you want NM to TX to AZ as your flow, not the other way around. title logs harder in FL if you go backwards

yep. had same issue w backtracking. GA now runs lien logs against FMCSA registered agent database

i had a title app bounce because the EIN i used was listed as an active DOT freight handler

rule now is never register transport LLCs with real business codes. use consulting or media services

also PSA veriftools.net Form 1120 auto gen now includes a static timestamp in the XML header

you have to scrub it with exiftool or pdftk or the IRS systems might flag if you resubmit in same session

happened to a guy i know, took 8 weeks to clear

8 weeks lmao

i just print to paper, re scan with my phone, then convert with Adobe Scan

adds fake artifacting like real physical forms

no bot flags since

gonna start doing that. my scanner’s too clean, shits triggering rejection on state e title portals

even Utah started running metadata checks since March

just FYI NM title office still accepting faxed POAs if sent from a US fax line but reject any sent from eFax domains like efax.com or hellofax.com

got mine bounced last week cause return header said HelloFax

just use a real fax machine or find a Kinkos
