Exchanging crypto to cash

I have been making some XMR lately, wanted to ask what you think about my way of turning it into cash, maybe offer some advice.

1. Get XMR to wallet A, B, C(I have multiple wallets)
2. Move XMR to wallet Z
3. Swap XMR from wallet Z to another currency like BTC on eXch(noone buys XMR where i am from for cash for some reason), get this crypto into some wallet that i dont use to receive payments.
4. Sell the BTC for cash by someone

Questions:
1. Do i need to change wallet Z from time to time?
2. If i have a BTC wallet thats used only for the exchange, do i need to change that too from time to time?

Idk it seems too simple, would like to get some input here.

Use multiple wallets instead of a single btc wallet, Single wallet makes it obvious to trace into it if doesn't make diversified txns
