bought jeremy pogue’s crypto entity structuring course after seeing it pitched as “compliance first decentralization.” expected jurisdiction breakdowns and actual tax structuring — got 12 Looms on “entity energy” and vague offshore playbooks.

no cross-border tax strategy, no banking fallback plans, just LLC pyramids with trust wrappers and zero support on enforcement or FATF compliance.

he’s selling to crypto bros who think if you just say “BVI” and “founder trust” enough times, your gains are untouchable. real world doesn’t work like that — especially not with auto-KYC exchanges now.

💀 i asked about treaty stacking and got a reply that said “sovereignty comes from self-trust.” it’s spiritual grifting dressed as international law.

his diagrams are wild too. shows 3-entity chains with crypto wallets labeled “sovereign vaults” but doesn’t mention custodial risk or multisig governance anywhere.

exactly. i dug into one of the sample stacks he used in a module. it was literally BVI + Nevis + Wyoming. no mention of CRS disclosure, no Nominee risk mitigation, not even DTC compliance.

he glosses over enforcement like courts don’t exist. says things like “no one can touch what’s anonymous” — bro the second you cash out stablecoins into fiat, your VPN isn’t stopping the IRS.

and his “case studies” are people who bought Solana bags in 2021 and held through 3 wallets. that’s not structuring — that’s survivorship bias.
